The main festival takes place in Fishermans Walk and Southbourne Grove on Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July. For the first time, this year, the festival has three stages where a whole host of live music set to perform including Jesse Ray (as seen on Jools Holland), Mungo Jerry, Miss Annie, Junco Shakers and Retro Rita - to name a few - will be there to entertain the crowds over the weekend. The full programme of events will appear here shortly..
EAT, DRINK & SHOP…
Soak up the atmosphere of bygone eras, jive to your heart's content and browse through the vintage market with over 60 traders. Other treats in store include the wonderful world of vintage fashion - including the crowning of Southbourne’s very own Vintage King and Queen the classic car and classic bike displays, a whole host of artisan foods, locally brewed real ales, botanical crafted gin and much more.
A vintage festival would not be complete without a good old raffle! Tickets for this year’s raffle will be on sale before the event and be available from selected retailers along Southbourne Grove. This year’s main prize has been kindly donated by Bournemouth Beach Lodges with an amazing 3 or 4 nights stay in a lodge (T&C’s apply). At £1 per ticket - this has got to be worth a ticket or two! A list of venues where you can buy your tickets will appear here shortly.
